The HappyOlé Sangria Tinta is carefully composed of a combination of Tempranillo red wine, fresh oranges, lemons, strawberries, and apple juice, supplemented with peach and pear syrup, inverted sugar syrup, and a hint of cinnamon.
What makes it even more special is that this sangria is pasteurized without the addition of preservatives, allowing you to purely enjoy the natural flavors.
The preparation process is an authentic artisanal art. The red wine is first macerated with the strawberries in a chilled state for 48 hours. Next, the lemons, oranges, and strawberries are freshly squeezed. We add apple juice, peach and pear syrup, invert sugar syrup and cinnamon sticks, and macerate for at least 12 hours. Finally, the sangria is filtered, pasteurized, bottled, chilled, and labeled. Then, it is ready to enjoy.
